PLEASE BE AWARE WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO SHIP GOODS TO THE PAYPAL REGISTERED ADDRESS. WE CAN NOT SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS

Warranties are for the periods stated within the individual advert, and are all Return to Base (RTB)

All equipment sold will come with a warranty unless the item is expressly described as sold without warranty.

Monitors carry a return to base warranty of 60 days

All peripherals carry a 30 day return to base warranty.

Where there is a problem with a product you receive, please contact us first as it may be something we can resolve over the phone.

If that is not possible we will discuss your options with you.

Our warranty is RTB - ie Return to Base so we will require you to return it to us at your carriage expense for repair and then we will return it to you at our carriage expense.

Rest assured that all items returned under warranty are dealt with as a priority.

We will check any products that are returned to verify the information that you have provided and identify the problem.

All items leave hear with warranty security seals. Should any of these be damaged or missing or we believe that any damage was caused by misuse or otherwise was not present when the product was delivered to you we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return and to return the product to you at your cost. 

This will also be the case if we are unable to identify any problem with the product.

In the unlikely event that we cannot repair the item we will discuss with you the possibility of a replacement.

If a replacement is not available we will discuss with you a refund.

Please note that if you do need to retun anything to us please ensure that the item is properly packed and fully insured. Any damage caused by inadequate packing and/or shipping insurance will not be accepted as a warranty claim.

Laptop batteries and chargers are considered consumables and as such are not covered by warranty

We are not responsible to you for the following types of loss or damage:

 Loss or damage of a kind that we could not reasonably have foreseen.

Loss or damage arising out of use of the product for commercial, business or re-sale purposes.

Loss or damage which results from you misusing the product.

Loss or damage caused by software updates or apps you install on your device.

Loss or damage arising from wear or tear or otherwise from damage to a product arising after the time when it was delivered (except where that damage is caused by a problem which was present at the time it was delivered).

However,this does not limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products, for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987 or otherwise where we are not permitted to limit or exclude our liability by law.

Although we aim to fulfil all orders placed via the Website in accordance with these terms, we may need to cancel orders for various reasons, for example because a product is out of stock (and is unlikely to come back into stock in the near future) or there was an error in the advertised price or description.

We will only cancel an order where we have a good reason to do so. If we do, we may be able to give you other options (for example alternative products) that may be available or the option of purchasing the product at the correct price. We may also cancel your order after dispatch if we are unable to deliver the product to you and you fail to make arrangements for re-delivery within 14 days.

If we cancel your order we will give you a full refund within 14 days of the date on which we cancel your order or within 7 days of having the item returned to us.

We will only use the personal information you provide to us to supply the products to you and to provide you with support should you require it after you have received the products.

We will only give your personal information to third parties where the law either requires or allows us to do so.
