Condition:

This laptop has been classed as 'Grade B' cosmetically. There are only a few scuffs on the lid. However the trackpad and palmrest do show wear and the keyboard keys are extremely worn. Please checkout our photos as the one you see here is the one you will receive so they form part of the description. The AC Adaptor is also not the correct one but is the one that came with it. The power requirement on the base says 19V 7.89A and the charger we will send is 19V 9.23A. If this is an issue for you please do not buy. These issues do not affect the performance of the laptop in any way but are reflected in the bargain price.

However, if you have any questions please contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty.

Software

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 with digital license embedded in the bios

All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box!

We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware.

Warranty

We supply this laptops with a 90 day RTB warranty.

The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries*.

All laptops have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.

In the unlikely event a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.

If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return to you at ours.

*We consider batteries to be consumables and provide no warranty with batteries. However, they are all tested for a minimum of 60mins during our stringent test procedures.

The battery in this laptop works for approximately that (depending on usage). However we always recommend that a gaming laptop be used plugged into the mains on most occasions due to the resource hungry nature of the system.

Postage

We will post the item using a next working day, fully tracked and insured next working day* service free of charge.

*Please note that next working day applies to Monday to Friday deliveries only and does not include any weekend deliveries.

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday (unless it is a bank holiday and then we will post on a Tuesday).

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

Item is also available for viewing / collection /purchase from our showroom in Bolton where we can take cash, debit and credit cards.
