Condition:

This laptop is in excellent working order and reasonably good cosmetic condition. It does have some scuffs on the shiny lid and some wear to the keyboard and trackpad. As the lid and internals are glossy they have been hard to capture in the photographs without reflections. The screen is also slightly dark. These are purely cosmetic issues and do not affect the performance in any way but are reflected in the bargain price. The photographs you see are of the laptop you will receive so please include them as part of the description. However if you are in any doubt please feel free to contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty.

In the unlikely event a problem does arise, please contact by phone or email first as many problems can be resolved this way. If we cannot sort the issue out this way you will need to return that laptop to us at your carriage expense and we will return it back to you at ours.

**We check all batteries in older laptops to work for a minimum of 30-45 minutes. Most will have considerably longer life but we do not guarantee batteries at all.

We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day* service free of charge.

*All deliveries are Monday to Friday only and do not include any weekend deliveries

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday and then it will be a Tuesday).
