This PC is in excellent 'Grade A' condition with no marks on the casing at all. It can be supplied in its box. Software

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional 64bit with license digitally embedded in the bios.

All PCs that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied.

We then do the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box!

We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware programs

Warranty

We supply this previously used system with a 90 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software.

All PCs have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.

In the unlikely event a problem does arise please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.

If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage cost and then returned to you at ours

Postage

We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured, next working day* service free of charge.

*Please note that deliveries are Monday to Friday only and DO NOT include any weekend deliveries at all.

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday and we will then post on a Tuesday).

Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

Item is also available for viewing / collection / purchase from our showroom in Bolton where we can take payment by cash, debit or credit card and have over 100 computers ready to go off the shelf!

Please note that if you use Paypal to pay for your item we must deliver it to the address registered with Paypal NO EXCEPTIONS.
