Condition
These particular systems are in excellent working order and great cosmetic condition apart from a few minor scuffs on the casing. Please check out the photographs here as they are examples of the one you will receive. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition, please contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty.
Software
Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 10 Professional 64bit.
All PCs that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus, anti-malware, DVD playing and burning software. Full software specification is as follows:

All our systems are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. Each system is fully tested, every hard disk is fully erased and a clean install of Windows applied. All systems are cleaned inside and out. As these systems are used, there maybe minor cosmetic marks, such as small scuffs on the casing, but nothing that effects the working of the system.

Warranty
We supply this previously used system with a 90 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software.
All PCs have been fully tested before being sent out.
In the unlikely event a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.
If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.
Postage
We will post the item using a next working day*, fully tracked and insured service free of charge.
*Please note that all deliveries are Monday to Friday only and do not include any weekend deliveries.
Postage is to UK mainland only.
We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes:PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.
We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, a Saturday or a Sunday, we will post on Monday(unless it is a Bank Hoilday and then it will be Tuesday).
Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
Item is also available for purchase from our showroom in Bolton where we have over 100 computers ready to go off the shelf.
