Software

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows XP Professional 32bit (from downgrade rights from Windows 7 Pro - with 7 Pro license on the case)

These systems are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. Each system is fully tested, every hard disk is fully erased and a clean install of Windows applied. All systems are cleaned inside and out.

Condition

As all our systems are refurbished, they may have minor scuffs/scratches to the cases. These are purely cosmetic and in no way affect the performance of the PCs. If we feel that they are extremely noticeable we will attempt to show this in extra photos.

This particular system is in excellent working order and reasonable cosmetic condition. It does have some noticeable scuffs on the casing - especially on one of the side panels - but nothing that affects the actual performance of the PC.

Please see the photographs here for more details as they are of the PC you will receive so form part of the description. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition, please contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty.

Warranty

We supply this previously used system with a 60 day RTB warranty.

The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software.

All PCs have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.

In the unlikely event a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.

If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.

Postage

We will post the item using a next working day*, fully tracked and insured service.

*Please note that all deliveries are Monday to Friday only and do not include any weekend deliveries.

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes:PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, a Saturday or a Sunday, we will post on Monday(unless it is a Bank Holiday and then it will be Tuesday). Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

Item is also available for viewing / purchase / collection from our showroom in Bolton where we can take payment by cash, debit card or credit card

If paying via Paypal we must deliver the item to the address you register with Paypal - no exceptions..
