Condition:
This particular PC is in excellent working order and good cosmetic condition. There are a few minor scratches on the casing but nothing that affects the performance in any way. Please see the photographs as they are of the one you will receive so form part of the description. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition, please contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty.
Although described as a 'Gamer' it is up to you to determine whether this PC meets the requirements for the game you intend to play.

*As a 32bit operating system, Windows will only see around 3.47GB of the ram. Please also note that a 4th Gen processor requires a separate graphics card for Windows XP to run properly on it.
Software
Item is sold pre-loaded with Windows XP Professional 32bit (SP3) with downgrade rights from original Windows 7 (with Windows 7 certificate of authenticity attached to PC).
All PCs that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box!
Full software specification is as follows:
- Windows XP Professional (32 bit including SP3)
- Open-Office
- Adobe Reader
These systems are professionally refurbished to the highest standards. Each system is fully tested, every hard disk is fully erased and a clean install of Windows applied. All systems are cleaned inside and out. There are some minor cosmetic marks, such as small scuffs on the casing, but nothing that effects the working of the system. Warranty
We supply this previously used system with a 60 day RTB warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software.
All PCs have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.
In the unlikely event a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.
If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.

Postage
We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day* service free of charge.
*Please note that all deliveries are Monday to Friday only and do not include any weekend deliveries.
Postage is to UK mainland only.
We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes:PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.
We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, a Saturday or a Sunday, we will post on Monday(unless it is a Bank Holiday and then it will be Tuesday).
Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
