Condition
This PC is in excellent working order and reasonably good cosmetic condition with only minor scuffs and a slight crease on the casing. The lid sits slightly proud of the base but that does not affect the performance of the PC in any way. The photographs here are of the one you will receive so please use them as part of the description. However if you are in any doubt as to the condition, please feel free to contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty.
Software
Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows XP Professional 32bit with SP3 with XP COA attached to the PC.
All PCs that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied.
We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the PC is ready to use out of the box

Warranty
We supply this previously used system with a 60 day RTB warranty.
The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software.
All PCs have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.
In the unlikely event a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.
If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.
Postage
We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day* service.
*Please note that all deliveries are Monday to Friday and do not include any weekend deliveries.
Postage is to UK mainland only.
We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.
We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday(unless it is a bank holiday and then it will be Tuesday).
Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out the same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
Item is also available for viewing / purchase / collection from our showroom in Bolton where we can take payment by cash, debit or credit card.
