This laptop is in excellent working order and reasonably good cosmetic condition. There are just minor scuffs on the lid and slight wear to the keyboard and trackpad. The photographs here are of the laptop we supply so please include them as part of the description However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition please get in touch before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty.

Software

Item is sold pre-loaded with Windows XP Professional 32bit with SP3 via downgrade rights from original Windows 7 (with Windows 7 COA on the laptop).

All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box!

Warranty:

We supply this used laptop with a 60 day RTB (return to base) warranty.

The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries**

In the unlikely event that a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.

If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage cost and we will return it to you at ours.

**We check batteries to work for 45-60 minutes and if they do we class them as a 'pass'. However, as batteries are consumables we provide no warranty with them.

Postage

We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured 24 hour *service free of charge.

*Please note that 24hour applies to Monday to Friday deliveries and does not include any weekend deliveries at all.

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday after 1pm, we will post on Monday(unless it is a Bank Holiday and then we will post on a Tuesday). Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
