Condition:
These laptops are in great working order and reasonably good cosmetic condition. They have only minor blemishes on the casing such as scuffs and/or a label shadow and hardly any wear to the keyboard/trackpad. As we have more than one available the photographs you see are fully representative of the one you will receive so please include them as part of the description. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition please contact us before you buy as the cosmetic condition is not covered by the warranty.

*All batteries are tested for 60 mins and are passed as good if they meet this standard.
Most will have considerably more life but we DO NOT guarantee batteries at all as they are considered consumables.

Postage:
We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day** service.
*Next working day applies to Monday to Friday deliveries only and does not include any weekend deliveries.
Postage is to UK mainland only.
We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.
We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday (unless it is a Bank Holiday and then it will be a Tuesday).
Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
