Condition:

These laptops are in good working order and reasonably good cosmetic condition. They do have some scuffs on the lid and possibly a minor blemish somewhere on the internal casing (such as a label shadow or a small dent) but they are purely cosmetic and do not affect their performance in any way.

Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 10 Professional 64bit from original Windows 8 with Windows 10 license digitally embedded in the bios

All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box!

We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, free anti-virus and free anti-malware

We supply this laptop with a 60 day RTB warranty.

The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries**.

All laptops have been fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.

In the unlikely event that a problem does arise please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.

If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage expense and we will return it to you at ours.

**We check the batteries to work for a minimum of 45-60mins and most work for significantly longer. However, batteries are considered to be a consumable and as such carry no warranty.

Postage

We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day* service.

*Please note that next working day applies to Monday to Friday deliveries only.

Postage is to UK mainland only. We are unable to deliver to the following postcodes:PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday(unless it is a Bank Holiday and we cannot post until the Tuesday). Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

Item is also available for viewing / collection / purchase from our showroom in Bolton.

We provide a VAT invoice with everything we sell.
