This laptop is in excellent working order and good condition cosmetically apart from some minor scuffs on the lid. These do not affect the performance in any way but are reflected in the bargain price! Please check out the photos as the one you see is the one you will receive. Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional 64bit *If you would prefer Windows 10 Professional please let us know at the time of purchase and allow us an extra day to get it to you.

All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus and anti-malware software. Full software specification is as follows:

Warranty

We supply this used laptop with a 90 day RTB (return to base) warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries*.

All our laptops are refurbished to the highest standards. They are fully tested before being listed and then again before being sent out.

We check the batteries to work for a minimum of 60mins.

In the unlikely event a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.

If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage cost and we will return it to you at ours.

Please note that the laptop does have the remainder of a Dell warranty until May 2025. As we are not the original suppliers of the laptop we cannot guarantee that Dell will honour the warranty - but in our experience they generally do.

*We provide no warranty with batteries but we do test them for a minimum of 60mins. Most have a significantly longer life but if you in any doubt please call us before you buy.

Postage

We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured 24 hour* service free of charge.

*Please note that 24 hour applies to Monday to Friday deliveries only.

Postage is to UK mainland only.

We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.

We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday or Sunday, we will post on Monday (unless it is a bank holiday and then we will post on a Tuesday). Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.

We welcome viewing / collection / purchase at our Bolton showroom where we can take payment by cash, debit or credit card and have around 60 laptops on display.
