This laptop is in excellent working order and great cosmetic condition. As you can see from the photos, it comes with its original box (which is a little tatty). Please checkout the photographs as they show the actual laptop you will receive so form part of the description. However, if you are in any doubt as to the condition please get in touch before you buy as the cosmetics are not covered by the warranty.

Software
Item is sold pre-loaded with genuine Windows 11 Professional with license digitally embedded in the bios should you need to reinstall in future.
All laptops that come to us have the hard disc fully erased, then a fresh install of the operating system applied. We then do all the Windows updates and pre-install all the drivers, so the laptop is ready to use out of the box! We also install a few programs we think may be useful, including an office package that is compatible with Microsoft office formats, anti-virus, anti-malware

Warranty
We supply this laptop with a 90 day RTB (return to base) warranty. The warranty covers the hardware only, we do not warrant software or batteries**
In the unlikely event a problem does arise, please contact us first by email or by phone, as most problems can be resolved this way.
If we are unable to fix the problem over the phone then the item can be returned to us for repair at your carriage cost and we will return it at ours.
**We provide no warranty with batteries but we do test them for a minimum of 60mins. Most have a significantly longer life but if you in any doubt please call us before you buy.
Please note that this laptop still has original Dell Warranty until February 2027. As the laptop has been upgraded from the original specification (8GB/256SSD) we cannot guarantee that Dell will honour the warranty. All we can say is that, from past experience they have.
Postage
We will post the item using a fully tracked and insured next working day* service free of charge
*Please note that next working day applies to Monday to Friday deliveries only and does not include any weekend deliveries
Postage is to UK mainland only.
We are also unable to deliver to the following postcodes: PH19-44, PH48-50, IV, KW, PA20-88, ZE, KA27-28 and HS.
We will post the item within 1 working day, for example if you buy on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday after 1pm, we will post on Monday (unless it is a bank holiday and then we will post on a Tuesday). Buy on any other day and we aim to get the item out same day if purchased before 1pm, otherwise item will be sent next business day.
Item is also available for viewing / purchase / collection from our Bolton showroom where we can take cash, debit or credit card payments.
If purchased using Paypal we must deliver to the address you have registered with Paypal - no exceptions.
